Last year he dominated the FIA F3 European Championship and became the most successful driver the Formula 3 series has ever had. He is Sweden’s most talented race driver since Ronnie Peterson and he has signed a sponsor deal with Halda Watch Co. We welcome Felix Rosenqvist, 24, as the latest member of the Race Pilot ambassador team.
The young Swede, backed by the official Mercedes–Benz Young Driver development program, is the only driver to achieve F3’s Grand Slam by winning the World Cup final in Macau, the Masters in The Netherlands and the Grand Prix de Pau in France as well as taking home the European Championship total. This season Felix will function as test and backup driver for AMG-Mercedes in DTM as well as competing in both Indy Lights and the GT Series Sprint Cup.
